1. Will miss her firstborn, her son, a whole lot when he goes off to college for the first time in a week.
2. Is really glad her second-born, a daughter, will be home for three more years (and maybe five if she decides to go to a junior college first).
3. Thinks her husband is a hero.

1) My dd came home early from school today with tummy trouble.
2) Received a check in the mail today.
3) Has a 20-year-old son who still lives at home while he is in college. He's a Junior this year.

1. The sun is shining in Iowa and it is so gorgeous outside; several windows are open in our house and it smells so fresh!
2. I know my husband is relaxing when he plays his music. . .right now he is playing Keith Green's 23rd Pslam on the piano and it sounds so incredibly beautiful
3. I have a ton of school work to do (I'm a teacher), but it's Labor Day weekend and I'd rather go outside and play. Hmmmm. . .what shall I do???
